Check-out

Depending the size of your installation, we organize a crew of specialized individuals to do the check-out and pre-commissioning in your plant:

• All control loops, settings of PID loops, stroking of valves, transmitter calibration, etc…
• P&ID conformity; is the plant built according the P&ID, is all instrumentation correctly installed, are they connected, are all valves correctly installed, etc…
• Mechanical installation of all (major) equipment; leveling correct, alignments done, oil flushing satisfactory, etc…
• Analyzer calibration, checking of tubing, problem assessment and identification.
• Control systems functional check, communications check, integrity check, safety features checking, emergency stops check, critical operating parameters checking, etc…
• Electrical check-out; check-out of MCC’s, switchgears, selectivity studies, protection systems, functional checks, etc…

Commissioning

By using a well prepared and established commissioning plan, suited to your requirements and the particularities of your plant, we provide complete commissioning assistance :

• Commissioning of utilities; electrical, coolingwater systems, back-up air and/or nitrogen systems, steam systems, fire-fighting networks, etc…
• Commissioning of rotating equipment; compressors, (cryogenic) pumps, blowers, etc… including surge testing, fine-tuning, vibration analysis, etc…
• Commissioning of Advanced Control Systems (ACS) like DCS or PLC based systems of any supply (Baileys, Yokogawa, Foxboro, Siemens, Allen-Bradley, etc…)
• Commissioning of all specialized systems like regeneration heaters (electrical-, gas-, or steam driven), cryogenic storage tanks, receivers, etc…
• Commissioning of oxygen systems; oxygen cleaning, safety precautions, run-in, etc…

Start-ups

We provide a team consisting of skilled individuals depending the size and nature of your plant, consisting of a process engineer together with a start-up leader and operators in order to assure round the clock safe execution and follow-up in order to start your plant, including :

• Start-up of utilities
• Start-up of compression equipment
• Thaw, cooldown and start-up of coldboxes
• Thaw, cooldown and bringing into operation of cryogenic vessels
