Your project, or part of your project, is handled out of our HQ by professionals. Our Project Manager organizes all aspects of the Project. The PM brings together the required resources to execute the project, organizes the (detailed) engineering, the procurement part, the site preparation, the erection, commissioning, start-up and hand-over to your client. Takes care of the day-to-day liaison with your client. Initiates and guides the engineering and procurement activities. Is responsible for schedule and cost control. Initiates, prepares, guides and concludes site construction contracts (civil, mechanical, E&I, special contracts, etc.). Establishes the resource planning and assures no gaps will occur.
Makes the commissioning plan and functions as a continuous 'fall-back' for each individual linked to the project. The PM guarantees that safety (design- and construction) is never jeopardized. The PM reports on a regular basis to your responsible.
